Training for Finnish and Estonian exchange students and their guardians who are participating in a long-term or a short-term (Homestay) exchange program. Participation in the exchange is only possible if both the student and at least one guardian attend the training.

15:15 End of training for short-term exchange program

Participation fee: The price of the training day for a student and one guardian is a total of 70 €. Additional persons pay 30 € / person. The price includes training, breakfast, lunch and afternoon coffee.
Students going to long-term exchange are required to buy a representative uniform, a Rotary jacket. The jacket will be tried on during the day with the help of a representative of Turo Oy and it will be delivered by post during the summer. To try on the jacket, we recommend taking a thick sweater or hoodie with you. The price of the jacket is 275 € and it is paid at the time of registration.

REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT FOR SHORT-TERM EXCHANGE
Select the payment option based on how many family members, in addition to yourself, will be attending the training (options: Student + 1/2/3 family members) and provide the requested student information. Payment options include bank transfer or credit card (Visa/MasterCard/AMEX). Please have the necessary payment information ready before registering.
Meals served during the event are lactose-free. If the student or their guardian wishes to eat breakfast at the school before the training or requires a special diet, this must be reported to the catering provider via the link below. A separate notification is required for each participant.
